Responsible Beverage Server Training
Responsible Beverage Server (RBS) Training is a class for everyone who owns, manages, or works in a business that serves alcohol. This two hour training covers information that will help keep the public safe from alcohol-related harm, while keeping the business and server safe from legal liability. Some of the topics covered include:
- Civil Liability
- Laws Pertaining to Intoxicated Persons
- Laws Pertaining to Minors
- Laws Concering Proper ID and Carding Procedures
- Physiological Effects of Alcohol
- Identifying Intoxicating Persons
- Detection of Minors
- Intervention with Minors and Intoxicated Subjects Fake/False IDs
