Custer Health is conducting a drive-through COVID-19 testing event at Union Cemetery (located at 1600 Mandan Avenue NE in Mandan, to the north of Exit 153) on Wednesday, December 2, from 1-2 p.m. unless testing supplies are exhausted sooner. The testing event is open to all ages, and is first-come, first-served.
Individuals wanting testing must approach Union Cemetery from the west, and enter the location from the northwest corner, where Old Red Trail turns south and becomes Mandan Avenue. Vehicles will travel east into Union Cemetery, and travel around the perimeter of the cemetery before eventually coming from the west into the Mandan Union Cemetery building where testing will be conducted. Following testing, vehicles will travel out of Union Cemetery to the south and are asked to leave the area by traveling south on Mandan Avenue.
Pre-registration for the COVID-19 testing event is available at https://testreg.nd.gov/. This process is not required to be completed in order to receive a test, but is recommended to speed up your overall testing event experience. Please complete the entire questionnaire. Pre-registration does not guarantee test availability. Testing events are subject to change. Please visit www.facebook.com/custerhealth or www.custerhealth.com prior to events to ensure there are no changes to the event.
There is no fee associated with the collection of samples and subsequent COVID-19 tests and an individual’s health insurance is not processed. Response times for receiving test results may vary, depending on the capacity of the testing lab. Positive and negative results may take up to seven days. Visit https://www.health.nd.gov/covidtestresults for test result information.
