Custer Health is not currently providing COVID-19 testing however there are a number of options available below:

COVID Vaccine

Moderna boosters as well as Pediatric Pfizer doses are unavailable at this time. We are still waiting for final approval to administer these doses. Additionally, we will need time to educate staff and update protocols. We thank you for your patience.
We will not be administering J&J 1st or booster doses.

Pfizer Booster Dose Eligibility:

  • CDC recommends that the following groups receive a booster dose of Pfizer-BioNTech’s COVID-19 vaccine at least 6 months after their second dose:
    • People aged 65 years and older
    • Residents aged 18 years and older in long-term care settings
    • People aged 50–64 years with underlying medical conditions
    • People aged 18–49 years with underlying medical conditions
    • People aged 18–64 years at increased risk for COVID-19 because of an occupational or institutional setting

We are offering vaccination clinics at a number of different locations. Please verify the location before arriving for your appointment. Our newest location in Mandan is at 1100 32nd Ave SE Unit D & E.
